Initial Consultation and Assessment

Meet with your trainer to discuss your vision for fitness and wellness goals. The consultation and assessment includes a comprehensive health history and goal questionnaire. It includes a battery of fitness test to assess your body composition, cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance and flexibility. Includes 30-minute follow up session with your trainer to review your individualized program.


Jump Start Program

Meet with your personal trainer and/or performance coach and/or performance coach 4 hours in one month. This program is recommended for clients looking to start incorporating exercise in their lifestyle, update or enhance their current program.

RESULTS PROGRAM

Meet with a personal trainer and/or performance coach 2 times per week for one month (8 hours total). Each week review your individualized program to see RESULTS in the least amount of time. This program creates the foundation for you to understand the concepts and ideas of your individualized program. Motivational guidance and support to have you looking and feeling your best after each session.

MAX RESULTS PROGRAM

See your MAX RESULTS by meeting with a personal trainer and/or performance coach 3 times per week for one month (12 hours). This program will maximize the effectiveness of your program by your trainer overseeing your routines and training on a more frequent basis increasing effectiveness. Motivational guidance and support to have you looking and feeling your best after each session.

For the Vision Client looking to work with one of our trainers and/or coaches as their guide in actualizing their Vision for Fitness and Wellness. Meet with a trainer 4 times per week for 1 month (16 hours).

On the road, a the gym or at the beach, Vision Fitness and Wellness can provide you with updated programming and feedback so you can take your program anywhere.
